Salary: $112,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Demand Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Fundamentals.
• Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Certifications Required:
• - Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Author Level 1
• - Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Administrator Level 1

• I will lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to meet client requirements.
• I will oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules, including Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Demand Planning.
• I will provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• I will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• I will ensure the scalability and performance of Kinaxis solutions.
• I will conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
• I will develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• I will train and mentor junior team members on Kinaxis functionalities and best practices.
• I will stay updated with the latest Kinaxis features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
• I will work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• I will participate in pre-sales activities to provide technical expertise and support.
• I will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• I will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

We are looking for a Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience, ideally with 8 to 12 years specific to Kinaxis expertise. The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, this role is eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program, contingent on performance.
