Job Location : Newark, DE
Shift: 1st shift

Compensation: $36.75/HR Responsibilities: - Conduct a variety of analytical and formulation studies, including drug assays, product dissolution testing, and stability studies
- Develop, operate, and maintain HPLC instrumentation and analytical methods
- Execute general laboratory tasks independently and with precision, such as:
- Preparing samples and reagents
- Performing formulation work using pharmaceutical equipment
- Running routine experiments
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and calibrating lab instruments
- Developing and validating new test methods for product development
- Handle Schedule II pharmaceutical compounds, maintain related documentation, and participate in DEA audits
- Maintain meticulous laboratory records and technical reports in compliance with GLP or equivalent standards
- Ensure a clean, safe laboratory environment, including inventory management and proper waste disposal
- Actively participate in team meetings related to safety, process improvement, and project planning
- Contribute to pharmaceutical product development initiatives
- Stay current with scientific literature and innovations to design relevant, application-driven experiments
Qualifications: - B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, with a minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience focused on wet and analytical chemistry
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with liquid chromatography (LC or HPLC) highly preferred
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and/or regulated environments (e.g., food or pharmaceutical industries) is a plus
- Strong technical writing skills with a keen attention to detail for preparing reports and documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for success in a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive mindset to manage shifting project priorities
