Now Hiring: Bilingual Bartender (Spanish/English)

Crepas Culichi Brunch in  Oak Park, IL is looking for a talented, responsible, and charismatic  bartender to join our vibrant team.

Who You Are:

You're not just great behind the bar — you're a people person with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering great service. You’re also  bilingual (Spanish/English)and excited to  learn new skills , including the art of  barismo.

What You’ll Do:

• Mix and serve cocktails and beverages with creativity and consistency.
• Deliver a friendly and memorable guest experience at the bar.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the barista team when needed and be  willing to learn coffee drink preparation .
• Collaborate with the team to keep the energy and service flowing smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual – fluent in  English and Spanish .
• Outgoing, charismatic personality with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
• Open to learning and assisting with barista duties.
