We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to clients. Job seekers should have a background in service and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a requirement for this position. Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls immediately and manage according to Bighorn excellence standards
• Establish rapport with Clients by ensuring their needs are heard during all incoming calls
• Assist with front office support and administrative duties as assigned by sthe upervisory team
• Escalate Client concerns so that they may be resolved

Qualifications:

• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Fluent in Spanish
