The 20 is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to take the lead on campaigns that make noise, drive results, and move the needle. You’ll own and execute our demand gen strategy across the MSP channel—creating unforgettable brand moments, building powerful funnels, and ultimately generating real revenue.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be part of a collaborative marketing team, work closely with an elite sales org, and partner with our dedicated events manager (so no, you won’t be printing badges or managing hotel blocks). Your mission? Create demand. Build relationships. Drive pipeline. Have fun doing it.

Key Responsibilities
Activate our brand at MSP and IT channel events—showing up, standing out, and making meaningful connections.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and events teams to drive pre-event buzz and post-event follow-up that converts.
Build and launch campaigns that guide prospects through the funnel—and analyze and optimize every step.
Align tightly with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts translate directly to pipeline and revenue.
Track performance metrics and report regularly on campaign effectiveness, with a focus on iteration and improvement.
Required Skills and Abilities
3–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
A track record of launching campaigns that directly impacted pipeline and delivered measurable ROI
Charisma and comfort in relationship-driven environments—especially in-person events and industry functions
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and other modern marketing tools
Familiarity with the MSP or IT channel ecosystem—or a serious eagerness to ramp up fast
A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude paired with the confidence to present strategies to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the MSP space or channel marketing
Built and executed field marketing programs or event-driven demand strategies
Experience running A/B testing programs at scale
