Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Contractor to oversee and manage underground utility, electrical, data center, and fiber construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, excellent project management skills, an active Florida license, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Oversee construction estimating and budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform hands-on tasks as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and any changes in scope or schedule.

Qualifications

Active Florida General Contractor or Electrical License
Proven experience as a General Contractor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating and management practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management are preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
