Description TEKsystems' client (automotive sector) is in need of an Instructional Designer to create online training modules in a contract capacity for 6 months. This individual will act as the primary liaison between the internal client and their dealerships, overseeing parts and service activities to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop instructional materials using Storyline 360. · Apply instructional design theories for effective learning experiences. · Use multimedia and technology tools to enhance learning. · Develop assessments to ensure content mastery. Skills Instructional design, E-learning, Storyline, Training development, Adobe captivate Additional Skills & Qualifications · Proficiency in Articulate Storyline. · Understanding of instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE). · Ability to write clear, measurable learning objectives. · Experience in creating visual, audio, and interactive learning modules. · Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. · Flexibility and teamwork skills. · Attention to detail and thoroughness. Experience Level Minimum 2+ years of professional experience Compensation Max hourly rate $39.74, pending experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39.74 - $39.74/hr.
