Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• I require at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, specifically in payments hub implementation, with a minimum of 3 years focused on payments architecture (Wires, Fedwire, ACH) and integration.
• Proven experience with enterprise integration tools such as:
• - MuleSoft (API-led connectivity)
• - Informatica (ETL/data transformation)
• - Message Queues (e.g., IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging standards and compliance regulations in banking.
• Experience in designing and assessing third-party vendor solutions.
• Strong skills in documentation, communication with stakeholders, and executive presentations.
• Ability to operate in hybrid or Agile work environments and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• I will define and document the future-state architecture for Wires, Fedwire, and ACH payment services.
• I will analyze existing integrations and systems architecture, pinpointing key integration touchpoints with banking core, fraud, infosec, and other banking applications.
• I will collaborate with business analysts to evaluate vendor solutions and ensure the proposed technology aligns with capability models and strategic objectives.
• I will assess third-party payment platforms for architectural compatibility, integration extensibility, security, and compliance.
• I will lead the technical analysis of RFI and RFP responses, reviewing vendor platforms for:
• - Compatibility with ISO 20022 messaging
• - Integration feasibility with core systems and middleware (MuleSoft, MQ, Informatica)
• - Total cost of ownership
• - Payment hub implementation approaches and roadmaps
• - Architecture scalability, security, maintainability, and operational readiness
• I will provide technical oversight during vendor demo sessions and partake in Q&A evaluations.
• I will create high-level implementation roadmaps, including considerations for system migration and dual-core integration methods.
• I will present architecture recommendations and vendor assessments to business and technology leadership.
• I will work closely with banks, technical teams, architects, and information security to comprehend guidelines and existing solutions.
• I will identify and evaluate the proposed solutions and architectures from payments hub vendors to ensure alignment with the bank’s current and future architecture.
