Job Summary: Process Technician

Location: Central/Eastern Tennessee

Industry: Corn wet milling – food & industrial ingredients

Schedule: Rotating shifts, 24/7/365 operations

Starting Pay: $30.98/hr → Up to $37.94/hr with skill progression

Type: Full-time, permanent

️ Role Highlights

Operate and monitor complex mechanical/chemical processing systems
Use real-time ERP system (OS PI) for diagnostics and adjustments
Maintain quality, safety, and environmental compliance (Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO, Allergen Management)
Contribute to continuous improvement , document processes, and support SOP training
Perform basic maintenance tasks , and train new technicians

Ideal Candidate

Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or higher preferred
Experience: 3–5 years in industrial manufacturing preferred
Comfortable with rotating shifts and physical work (lifting, stairs, ladders)
Strong in problem-solving , reading comprehension , basic math
Willing to learn, grow, and lead in a fast-paced team environment

Must work in a 100% tobacco-free facility (no exceptions)
