Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek candidates who possess extensive experience in Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Security. You should demonstrate proficiency in Workday HCM Tools Customer Central and Business Process, and exhibit advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting. A strong understanding of the Payer domain and its specific requirements is essential. Additionally, we desire individuals with a proven track record of successful Workday HCM implementations and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• In this role, you'll lead the design and implementation of Workday HCM solutions, ensuring they align with our business goals. You will oversee the integration of Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Security features to enhance system functionality. Providing expert guidance on Workday HCM Tools Customer Central will help streamline our HR operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll optimize Workday HCM Business Processes for improved efficiency. You'll utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets, supporting our decision-making processes. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for Workday HCM configurations and customizations will be part of your duties. Additionally, you'll ensure data integrity and security within Workday systems in accordance with industry best practices. Conducting regular system audits and assessments will help identify areas for improvement, and you will implement necessary changes. Supporting end-users through training and troubleshooting assistance for Workday HCM applications will be a key focus. Staying updated on the latest Workday releases and enhancements will allow you to incorporate relevant features into existing systems. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of Workday HCM solutions, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into technical specifications. Ultimately, you will contribute to our company’s mission by leveraging technology to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
