Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Rancho Dominguez, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your technical aptitude and communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure timely resolutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, providing step-by-step guidance to customers. - Manage and track customer interactions using multiple browsers and tools for accurate documentation. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. - Draft well-crafted email correspondences to provide clear and concise information to clients. - Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements. - Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate solutions. - Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and maintain strong relationships. - Handle high-volume customer interactions in a call center environment with efficiency and professionalism. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role, preferably in a manufacturing company. - Proficiency in managing multiple browsers and navigating various online tools. - Strong skills in drafting and managing detailed email correspondences. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or technical issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients. - Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with the paper/packaging industry is a plus but not required.
